Xtreme Cheer Academy is a competitive cheerleading program, which means that we are focused on training our athletes to reach their fullest potential. We invite any athlete between the ages of 4-18 to join us with either cheerleading or dance! As a team, we grow in our technical proficiency while also learning valuable skills that we can apply in every aspect of our lives. We believe that teamwork, dedication, passion, and drive are important qualities for an athlete that are brought out the best by competition. We equip and encourage one another to be the very best we can be, and to achieve our goals!

We are open for our cheerleaders and dancers from:

Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

When attending cheerleading practice, you need the right cheer gear. If you are not wearing your competition uniform, you want to make sure that your clothing is breathable, but NOT baggy or loose. Both our male and female athletes will want fitted practice clothes (think fitted t-shirts, shorts, or tank tops) that they can move around in comfortably. You will also want cheerleading shoes or comfortable tennis shoes to move around in. 

DO: 

-Secure long hair in a tight ponytail

-Wear a comfortable sports bra

-Wear fitted, breathable clothing

-Wear close-toed, comfortable shoes

DON'T:

-Wear jewelry

-Wear loose / ill-fitting clothing

-Wear long acrylic fingernails

-Wear glitter / stickers /or anything else that might get stuck on the floor 

For the annual national competition, Xtreme Cheer Academy competes in the Jamz Championship of Modesto, CA. In 2020, we were proud to receive the title of National Champions for 6 of our competing groups! The Jamz Championship is broken down into the categories of youth, school, and all-star for both cheerleaders and dancers. 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all qualifying events for Jamz 2020 were canceled. As a result, Jamz 2021 is now an "open nationals",  that does not require registration. Instead, each team is required to film a video submission of their routine to compete with.
